You can also search by address, community name, city or zip code if you want to search somewhere other than your GPS location. The "Call to See" button offers real-time access to a real estate professional if you have questions or want to schedule a tour of the property.

Excellent app for finding property for sale near you. Locator is very good. Not as good for finding recently sold or comp properties. Suggestion: would be nice to see more than 9 sales in area. Better if recently sold option worked like the option for properties for sale (can get many in an extended area)
